Youth Pavilion Expansion of the Waterloo Center for the Arts. This planned expansion of the Center for the Arts is currently in the conceptual design and fund-raising stage. The current plan shows a 16,000 square foot expansion of the current center, and will be designed as an integral part of the Cedar River Plaza and Amphitheatre. This expansion is considered an important part of the River Renaissance project and will provide some support functions for the plaza and amphitheatre area.
